Delivery and dispatch times

Some of our items are printed to order and will take a little longer to dispatch we will keep you updated every step of the way to ensure you are fully informed of the proccess.

Any product that is that we dont need to print will be dispatched same day granted the order is made before 17:00 Monday-Friday weekends and bank holidays may incure a slight delay due to the Post Office opening hours.

Returns

Returns are only accepted when the item is not personalised and is in the same condition as when it left F & K Creations.

Buyer is responsible for return Postage and a restocking fee will apply.

Damaged items on delivery require a photo of the items pakaging and Proof of delivery photo to show the item wasnt damaged after delivery.

Undelivered items will be proccessed via Royal Mails claims department on a case by case basis.
